ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

30 day dry-aged Ontario beef from Butchers of Distinction, seared medium rare.

THE BEST INGREDIENTS:

beef, freshly ground spices, sea salt, peppercorn.

HOW IT ARRIVES:

5-6 ounces cooked medium rare and sliced, can be enjoy cold and sliced with a salad or warmed in a pre-heated oven at 350°F. To warm, wrap in parchment or foil to keep moist and warm for approximately 5-10 minutes,  just long enough to warm through. Best enjoyed before Friday or Saturday.
