Local Bay caught pickerel served with house-made organic corn tortillas, + tomato salsa.
THE BEST INGREDIENTS:
pickerel, spices, *tomato, *fresh herbs, sea salt, shishito pepper, *corn, lime.
tortillas: organic corn masa harina, water, cumin seed, paprika.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Fresh + ready to eat. Warm the pickerel in a saute pan briefly for 5 min until hot. Warm the tortillas separately wrapped in parchment or foil in a 350°F pre-heated oven for 5 minutes. Serve the salsa cold.
