ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
Locally caught fresh pickerel, steamed, flaked and mixed with fresh herbs, local potato and spices and coated in panko bread crumbs.
THE BEST INGREDIENTS:
Wild pickerel, potato, shallot, green onion, celery, fresh herbs, pastured egg, gluten free flour, lemon, sea salt.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
4 large cakes, frozen. Cook from frozen in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes, flipping gently half way through.
