organic chicken OR tofu (soy), sake, gluten free tamari (soy), mirin, ginger, shallot, green onion, sesame, chilies, garlic, wakame seaweed, shiitake, edamame (soy).
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Fresh + ready to eat. Serve the brown rice salad cold and warm the meatballs in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. Alternatively, warm the rice with the meatballs in a saute pan on the stove for 10 minutes. First add a splash of water and stir occasionally to warm evenly, cover to steam if possible.
