ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
Locally caught fresh pickerel OR organic tofu marinated in house-made maple teriyaki and served with steamed brown rice, edamame, fresh peas and bok choy.
THE BEST INGREDIENTS:
*Ontario pickerel OR organic tofu (soy), non GMO brown rice, *peas, *bok choy, *carrot, fresh herbs, gluten free tamari (soy), rice wine vinegar, sunflower oil, *roasted garlic, ginger, onions, sea salt pepper, lemon.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Fresh + ready to eat. Warm in a saute pan with a splash of water or broth and cover to steam for 10 minutes or until hot. Alternatively warm in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes, adding a splash of water to keep the rice moist.
