Handmade falafel balls using soaked chickpeas, roasted local pumpkin and lots of fresh herbs and spices. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
THE BEST INGREDIENTS:
falafel: chickpea, chickpea flour, lemon, parsley, garlic, freshly toasted and ground spices, pumpkin.
hummus: chickpea, sunflower oil, * garlic, lemon, sea salt, black pepper.
quinoa tabbouleh: quinoa, dried apricot, *bell pepper, *carrot, *celery, toasted spices, fresh herbs, sunflower oil.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Fresh + ready to eat. Warm in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for 15 minutes. Serve with cold hummus
