Sweet potato, lentil, chard, onion, carrot, organic tofu (soy) garlic, tomato, chickpea, ginger, spices, *fresh herbs, coconut milk, sea salt, chili peppers, rice.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Fresh and ready to eat. Remove from container and place in wide sauté pan on the stove. Slowly warm at low-medium heat, covering if possible with a large pot lid to warm. Eat this dish by Friday or Saturday or freeze.
