HOW IT ARRIVES:
Remove lid and place in a pre-heated oven at 375°F, covered loosely with foil or parchment. Cook for 30min (small) or 1 hour (large). Remove cover for last 5-10 minutes of cooking. It’s hot through when bubbling around the edges and poking a fork in the middle releases steam.
