Our 36 hour slow simmered organic chicken bone broth is slowly infused with immune boosting herbs of astralagus root, echinacea leaf, ginger, garlic, gogi berry, dried chaga and shiitake mushroom. Strained and ready to sip on it’s own or use as cooking base for stir fry’s, soup, rice, etc.
Astralagus: immune tonic, aids adrenal glands and digestive system.
Echinacea: fights bacterial and viral infections, great for immune and lymphatic system.
Ginger: anti-microbial that fights inflammation and protects stomach and liver.
Shiitake: stengthens immune system by increasing T cell function. Dried mushroom source of vitamin D.
Chaga Mushroom: immune modulator and source of vitamin D.
Gogi berry: source of vitamin A, C and zinc, important nutrients for the immune system.
Bone broth: high in naturally occurring bio-available gelatin which is healing and nourishing to your digestive system, skin and joints.

HOW IT ARRIVES:
Frozen. Keep in freezer or place in your fridge to defrost. Keeps for 4-5 days in your fridge fully defrosted. If it goes a bit longer than that be sure to bring to a roiling boil first before serving.
