Haddock, trout, celery, carrot, fresh herbs, shallot, cream (dairy), butter (dairy), potato, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, lemon.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
In an aluminum container, ready to heat in the oven. Remove the lid and warm in a pre-heated oven at 375°F for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and hot. Make sure the center is hot by poking with a fork and looking for it to steam in the center.
