In honor of the August corn moon we’re offering our organic cornmeal crusted trout served with corn, zucchini and pepper succotash. Seasonal food at it’s very best!
THE BEST INGREDIENTS:
Trout, organic cornmeal, non GMO corn, *zucchini, *pepper, *organic chard, chili pepper, spices, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, lemon.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Fresh + ready to eat. Warm in a wide sautè pan on the stove top, placing the trout over the corn and zucchini and warming at low to medium heat, covering to steam slightly and cooking for 10-15 minutes, stirring the corn and zucchini occasionally.
