Thin slices of perfectly seasoned and seared organic chicken served with pickled turnip, hummus + quinoa parsley tabbouleh.
THE BEST INGREDIENTS:
Organic chicken OR organic tempeh (soy), organic garlic, organic onion, parsley, organic chickpea, quinoa, celery, carrot, turnip, beet, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt, spices, *fresh herbs, lemon, black pepper.
hummus: red lentil, tahini (sesame), olive oil, garlic, sea salt, pepper.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Fresh + ready to eat. Enjoy cold or warm the chicken separately in the oven or in a pan on the stove. We generally prefer warming our food in a pan and adding a splash of water to keep moist. Stir often, warm at high heat until hot and steaming. Alternatively warm the chicken on parchment paper in the oven at 350°F for approximately 10-15 minutes. Serve with cold quinoa tabbouleh, pickled turnip + hummus.
