ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

Perfectly seared medium rare dry-aged bavette beef served with Chimichurri sauce + herbed roast potato.

THE BEST INGREDIENTS:

Butchers of distinction dry-aged beef, *potato, *fresh herbs

chimichurri: *cilantro, *parsley, *oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, chili pepper, sea salt.

* Fresh from PEC farms

HOW IT ARRIVES:

Fresh + ready to eat. Steak is best warmed gently and minimally to not over-cook. Best warmed in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, first wrapped in foil or parchment.  Warm the potato separately in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for 15-25 minutes. serve with cold chimichurri.
